"Dad was my BFF, he was funny and clever and we always laughed together.
Then He lost everything (his job, car, house) and I lost him in 2013 because of his depression. I am lost without him!
So my boyfriend and i moved to the UK and I wanted to start a new life, we got married in 2015 and my beautiful daughter was born in 2017. And I got back a piece of my Daddy. Sometimes, when Lilybelle smiles that way or She shows me something, I see my Dad. And I am really happy.
I always wanted to see them together and Debb helped me. This portrait is my most wonderful present in my whole life and it helped me to accept my loss. I miss him so much, but i am happy, when i see this portrait, i do not cry anymore
The portrait is my background everywhere, i can see them in my workplace, in my photobooks, they are on the fridge and the wall 🙈 I am really thankful ❤️

This is the third portrait I did of Jason with his family.
Jason had motor neurone disease, a horrible illness that took him way too soon, leaving his daughters and wife behind.
I had the pleasure of drawing him with each of his daughters, and this one is him with his wife.
You can tell how loved he is, and it was a huge honour to create these beautiful memories for them, so they will treasure this image of Jason's beautiful smile.

Esse é o terceiro desenho que eu fiz do Jason com a sua família. Jason teve a doença do neurônio motor, um diagnóstico terrível que o fez partir muito cedo, deixando para trás sua esposa e filhas.
Eu tive o prazer de desenhar ele com cada uma de suas filhas, e dessa vez com a sua esposa.
É perceptível o quanto ele é amado, e foi uma honra muito grande criar essas lindas memórias deles, para que eles possam conservar essa imagem do Jason com o lindo sorriso.

"This is a gift for my husband. His father passed away nearly four years ago and i would love to gift a portrait of him, his dad and our son which his dad never met, i was 7 months pregnant when he passed away. My husband and his dad were best friends but also soulmates, ive never seen a father son connection like theirs.
Paul ( my father-in-law ) was diagnosed with a brain tumor and passed away 5 weeks later so it was a massive shock to our family. This portrait would take centre place in our house and would be cherished dearly."

"Esse é um presente pro meu marido. O pai dele faleceu há uns 4 anos e eu adoraria dar um desenho pra ele, com os dois junto do meu filho que nunca conheceu o avô, eu estava grávida de 7 meses quando ele faleceu. Meu marido e o pai dele eram melhores amigos mas também almas gêmeas, eu nunca vi uma conexão como a deles. Paul ( meu sogro) foi diagnosticado com um tumor no cérebro e faleceu 5 semanas depois então foi um choque gigante pra nossa família. Esse desenho vai ficar no meio da nossa casa e vai ser estimado com muito carinho."
