WE'RE HIRING: Marketing Manager, Penrith Performing and Visual Arts.

Four cultural entities. One organisation. One brand worth fighting for.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead brand, campaigns and audience development across The Joan, Q Theatre, Lewers and the Penrith Conservatorium. Someone who builds audiences with intent, not luck, and who is excited by what an arts organisation in Western Sydney can become.

You will join a strong Executive Leadership Team, lead a committed marketing team and help shape how one of the sector's most interesting organisations is seen and understood.

We are not waiting to be discovered. We would rather be heard.

The Youth Performace Ensemble's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream is coming and we're excited to introduce our director Sudip Sauden 🌜💖

Sudip Sauden is a Sydney-based director whose work pushes the boundaries of realism while exploring the complex terrain of human psychology. Balancing nostalgia with contemporary influences, his unique artistic perspective is shaped by his experiences across two distinct cultural worlds.

A versatile NIDA graduate, Sudip’s extensive credits span directing independent theatre (Leela, Mangalsutra, EU), an STC directorial internship on Fences, and performing in major Opera Australia productions at the Sydney Opera House (AIDA, The Pearl Fishers, Salome). He has also led creative projects with the Australian Youth Orchestra and directed Tennessee Williams' And Tell Sad Stories of the Death of Queens.

We are thrilled to have his incredible vision leading our Youth Performance Ensemble! 🏛️✨
