At PhysiPole Studios we strive to educate people on the artistic & athletic aspects of Pole and Aerials Fitness while providing a quality of teaching & curriculum. Pole and Aerial Fitness has drastic positive results in muscle strengthening, toning & increased flexibility. Whether you are doing it for fun, fitness or competition, at PhysiPole we have the class for you. WHAT WE OFFER:

POLE FITNESS


Want to improve fitness, strength and confidence? Our 8 week courses will help you. You will learn new pole skills in each level and a different routine as well as trick combinations that will challenge you. AERIAL HOOP/SILK/HAMMOCK
We now offer Circus Fitness classes in Aerial Hoop, Hammock, Silks and Trapeze!! Our classes work on conditioning, technique and tricks. We will also work on sequences and develop an aerial routine. PRIVATE LESSONS
Need some one on one time to work on tricks you have been learning? Private lessons are a great way to perfect your tricks and learn some new ones. SPECIALTY WORKSHOPS
