Social media: she painted that so fast! 🤩

Reality: one tiny brushstroke… followed by another tiny brushstroke… and possibly 20 minutes deciding whether the brown is the right brown 😂🎨

Slow painting, but we’re getting there! This is painting #1 of my 50 Before Christmas challenge.

What a night! 🎨🐦

Opening night of my exhibition was such a special moment. Seeing all of my paintings hanging together was honestly a little overwhelming—in the best possible way!

I’ve put so much love, time and hard work into this collection, and I’m incredibly proud to finally share my love of Australian birds with everyone.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along, supported me, followed my painting journey and encouraged me along the way. It means more than I can say.

My little dream of sharing my art has officially come to life. 🐦🎨

They’re officially hanging! 🎨🖼️

After so much hard work, painting, planning and a few late nights, my collection is finally hanging in the gallery! 🐦

I’m so happy with how everything has come together, and I’m incredibly proud of the finished collection.🖌

Now I can’t wait for opening night this Saturday at Studio_on_Brunswick to see it all displayed together and share it with everyone.

And just like that it’s the evening before the official start of our group exhibition “between then and now” the painting hasn’t stopped but the pressure is off at least until I have to choose something to wear to the opening night 😂
