On a serious note though… no-shows on collection day suck and are really unfair! I put my heart and a LOT of time into making these cookies beautiful and to a high standard, so to be ignored by a client and unpaid at the end of the day is disappointing and not something that I can risk happening again. Going forwards all orders will require upfront payment before baking begins… sorry guys!
