💛 R U OK? Day
Today is R U OK? Day, a reminder to check in with the people around you — not just today, but whenever you get the chance.
A simple “Are you okay?” can be the start of a meaningful conversation and may help someone who is experiencing emotional distress, loneliness or social isolation feel heard, supported and connected.
You never know what someone might be going through behind closed doors. Take a moment to check on your mates, your family, your workmates and those who may be doing it tough.
Ask. Listen. Support. Connect. 💛
Because sometimes, a conversation can make all the difference.
