🚿 Amenities Maintenance | 21–23 October

Please be advised that maintenance works will be taking place in our amenities from Wednesday 21st to Friday 23rd October.

🚽 Toilets will remain open; however, shower cubicles and change areas will be unavailable while maintenance works are underway. Works will be completed in one amenities area at a time, alternating between the male and female amenities. Each area will reopen as soon as works are completed.

📌 Patrons are welcome to use the outdoor showers for rinsing off, with the family bathroom also available as an alternative.

As the family bathroom is regularly used by patrons requiring its accessibility features, we kindly ask that alternative use is kept brief to ensure the facility remains available for those who need it most.

📌 Changing Places is dedicated to patrons who require the specialised accessibility features provided within this bathroom.

📅 On The Run x FitStop Mackay speed training starting 6.30pm on the track - this is a free community run so feel free to join in the fun 🏃‍➡️

📅 Friday 9th October - 25m and 50m pools closed for a school swimming carnival between 8.30am- 3pm. LTS pool remains open to the public.
Sorry no aqua aerobics with Donna this morning.

📅 Saturday 10th October - athletics track and field fully booked from 2pm.

📅 Sunday 11th October - full facility closure for a private function from 1pm-6pm. No public access for the afternoon.

Reminder to plan ahead this weekend!

Our 50m pool is closed all weekend for the QLD Underwater Hockey Champs. The pool will reopen Monday afternoon.

Saturday morning we are closed to the public from 8am-12pm whilst we run our GOSwim lessons.

This week we will be operating in high patronage mode while we welcome Boyne Tannum Bullets Swim Club back to the venue for another exciting swim camp.
❗️There will be reduced lane access daily from 3-7pm. Please check the lane allocations in the venue for public lap lanes.❗️

📌 This weekend, Mackay Underwater Hockey are hosting the QLD State Championships so our 50m pool will be closed to the public during the following times:
Saturday 3rd October - all day
Sunday 4th October - all day
Monday 5th October - 8am-1pm

📌 Saturday Morning Pool Closure Notice:
Please be advised that there will be no public access to any pools from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday due to our swimming lessons running alongside the Underwater Hockey State Championships.
This ensures we can continue providing quality swimming lessons for our students while hosting this major event. The 15m and 25m pools will be unavailable to the public during this period.

📆 Kings Birthday Public Holiday trading hours are 8am-6pm. All GoSwim lessons are on as per usual timetable.
