WE’RE HIRING! 👋

We’re looking for a new Customer Service & Ecom All-Rounder to join our Adventure Awaits team in Numurkah.

This is a casual role with flexible hours and would suit someone who loves people, is confident on a computer and already has experience working with online platforms, websites and digital communication.

You’ll be doing a bit of everything - because that’s how we roll around here! 😄

We’re a busy bricks & mortar store, ecommerce business and wholesaler, so no two days are ever quite the same. Things move quickly, priorities change, new ideas get thrown around, products launch, systems evolve and we are constantly learning, growing and improving.

If you love routine and like every day to look exactly the same, this probably isn’t the role for you.

But if you enjoy a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, can pivot when needed and like being part of a business that is always evolving - you’ll fit right in.

From helping our gorgeous customers in-store, to answering online enquiries, working behind the scenes on our website, ecommerce admin, stock and all the little jobs that keep Adventure Awaits ticking along.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous customer service experience
- Has experience with online platforms / ecommerce / websites
- Is confident with computers and digital communication
- Is organised, switched-on and able to juggle different priorities
- Is adaptable and comfortable when plans or priorities change
- Has great attention to detail
- Loves working as part of a small, friendly team
- Is happy to jump in, learn and have a go

Experience with Shopify, Canva, Klaviyo, AI or similar platforms would be a big bonus - but you don't need to know everything.

Well… this is a bit exciting! 😳

Adventure Awaits & Numurkah has been featured in The Age today talking about the absolutely WILD demand for NeeDoh , and the growing problem of fake squishies hitting the market.

If you've been following us lately, you'll know just how crazy NeeDoh has become. Restocks arrive and disappear again within minutes, we've had limits in place, and we've had customers hunting them down from all over Australia.

But there's a really important side to this craze too.
