I've been super busy these last few weeks, cooking up a storm.

Herbal medicine, folk medicine, wild crafted medicine. It lives inside our bones, in the cells of our being. It waits until we are ready and without notice propels us, eyes wide open. Each plant ally I have noted above I work with. I tend to these beautiful plants, I give these to my babes, to my beloved. Plants are a wonder and hold so much potency within them when they are honoured and used appropriately.

Theres a few others i'm sure that will come but for now here is a small list of small batch things for sale very soon.

There are two days available to come along.

WEDNESDAY 14TH - GREENFIELDS PICNIC AREA and SATURDAY 17TH - THE BIG FIG TREE AND PARK MILTON.

This is the perfect opportunity if you have any queries or concerns about the program prior to booking your space. This is a free connection day and is open to all menstruators and their families/carers and support people.

Menstrual Education is such vital information and this program makes it easy to digest tender topics such as the reproductive system, anatomy, self care, relationships, consent awareness, menstrual literacy and body awareness.

Feel free to share this among anyone who you may think would benefit from the program.

First moon Gathering | Period Party

This is something that is helping to break the taboo and stigmas surrounding periods and menstruating.

Having a small gathering to honour the first cycle can help the young maiden feel empowered, safe and heard. It can be a perfect tool to share knowledge, educational resources and tips so they leave feeling empowered and confident.

These are so fun and beneficial for the young maiden, their friends and the mother/carer/relative.
