AMENDED AGENDA for the ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE
- Monday June 29 -7.30pm
- Show Society shared rooms - Rec. Res. Wonthaggi
- With apologies that due to the majority of Office Bearers not seeking re- election the Executive have made the tough decision to delay the elections until the near future on a date to be decided on at this meeting.
However there will be a
- President & Treasurer's reports.
- Any Other Business relative to this Annual Meeting
Followed by a General Meeting.
- We welcome all interested persons to please attend especially if you are interested in joining our group.
