Sometimes I can get too much in my head. We are living through such a crazy moment in earth's history. I definitely can feel it but I can only do what I can do.
How is everyone moving through it all? Whats helping you stay grounded, creative and connected?

I like to have 1 cup of coffee a day. My go to is an almond latte however just like my emotions I'll switch things up to a flat white or a chai... but Im not a coffee snob. Sometimes I have an instant moccona at home or a cup of tea.

My love for coffee started young... mum would make an iced coffee and a snack for an after school snack. I think it was with chicory though. I even love coffee flavoured ice cream, I sprinkle coffee on my ice cream, let it melt in... yum

These days its more of a ritual in the morning... before the kids wake up, meditate, coffee and lately Ive been putting all the extra medicinal things in it because you know the body is getting older now so I need some extra help.

Anyways welcome to the world of my love for coffee.

A lil bit about me.... I live on an island, I am a mother of 2, I like to dance, I like early mornings, coffe and cake, singing and singing with people. I love chilling on country by the ocean.

Yes this is my music page, I've been working with music for the past 15-20 years. I studied performing arts a long time ago and since then Music has taken me around the world. Ive been blessed to work on many projects and with beautiful people. I love it!!
