Small tribe. BIG energy! 💚🌧️
Wild weather outside, but this beautiful still showed up and danced their hearts out tonight 🙌🔥
We clocked over 6,000 steps, travelled through hot Latin rhythms and left warmer, stronger and happier than when we arrived! 💃✨
One of the best winter habits? Move your body, lift your mood and support your health and immune system ❤️

Cold Monday night? Not a chance! 😄 Tonight at we turned our public holiday into a dance party and warmed up with 5,500 steps, smiles and heaps of energy! 🔥❄️
Our Zumba workout feels more like a night out with friends than exercise, but secretly… you’re dancing around 4km and moving through 10 different rhythms while getting fit 🎶🌎💪

❄️💃 First day of winter and Adelaide definitely brought the weather! 🌧☔️ But instead of hibernating, this beautiful tribe showed up, moved, laughed and danced our way through 6,000 steps of hot Latin rhythms! 🌧️🔥💛

🌟💃 Only at Zumba! 😆
This morning we danced 6,000 steps and warmed up the last weekend of autumn with hot Latin rhythms and great company. 🍂❤️🔥
Our special guest was Pinocchio, who made a surprise appearance during the iconic cumbia La Marioneta, sung by Beto himself, and quickly became friends with the . 🎭😂 Because where else can a wooden puppet join a Zumba class and fit right in? 😆
Thanks to everyone who showed up, moved their body, boosted their health and kicked off the weekend with us! 🙌

❄️🔥 Great energy tonight with the on a chilly Monday night! 💥
6,000 steps done and we danced through merengue, cumbia, salsa, reggaeton, bachata, soca, afrobeat and more 💃🕺
We also danced to one of the new songs I learned at yesterday’s training and the Zumba Masterclass on Saturday night, which made tonight extra fun! 🎶✨
Huge thank you to everyone who showed up, moved their bodies and prioritised their health heading into winter. That matters more than people realize!
Keep moving, keep dancing, keep boosting that immune system 😄💚
