Physie incorporates various styles of dance including jazz, ballet, contemporary and lyrical with elements of Pilates/Yoga, hip hop and gymnastics. Our Acro Dance program has been sponsored by Sports and Recreation QLD. Physie encourages strength, flexibility, good posture, health, fitness, friendship and above all confidence in young girls and women - a healthy mind, in a healthy body �
