Our Mumma of the group is celebrating her daughter's 2nd birthday today. This girl is a true circus baby as she already loves being in the air and has been working on her ground acro. Last week her Dad caught her at the bottom of her cot trying to do HANDSTANDS at night when she was supposed to be sleeping! Seriously little Lady!?!? She is clearly working hard on her circus skills so she can officially join Elemental Performance Troupe and will no doubt surpass her Mumma's skill level in a few years.

What a wonderful year 2019 has been for Elemental Performance Troupe.
Our first full year as a performance troupe and there were so many memories made along the way. The highlights for us were of course the incredibly successful trivia fundraiser which allowed us to perform our show "Do you even gestate, bro" at Melbourne Fringe Festival in September.
None of this would have been possible without the selfless support, encouragement and guidance of our troupe director Caitlyn Larsson of . As an accredited exercise scientist we know our bodies are in safe hands and having a degree in theatre from NYU - well we couldn't think of anyone better to lead and direct our performance troupe. We value her experience, positive (and honest) attitude and are truely grateful for all the time she has dedicated to us over the last year.
And of course we also owe a huge thank you to Tina and Dave from for
supporting us in all our endeavors and providing us with an amazing space to train - Elemental Performance Troupe would not be here if it wasn't for them!
We can't wait for another exciting year and are already working on some fun new creative pieces so watch this space!

World, meet Kitty! Kitty is a human being who just wants to tell stories with her arms and legs.

After spending just under 3 years in the air, she has collected sashes for 'Pole Addiction' (winner, inter 2017), 'Aerial Addiction' (winner, inter 2018, doubles 2019) 'Airborne' (champion, elite 2018) and 'Rising all stars' (2nd runner up, circus arts 2019)

With an explosive personality forged from both her drama kid and emo kid background, kitty is determined to bring an energy to troupe like no other and we sure are excited to welcome her to the family!

Let us introduce you to Tiffany

Tiffany has been instructing for 3.5 years and always looking to better herself in all aspects of life.

She has completed courses with Circus Training Australia for Aerial Hoop, silks and trapeze and was also part of Miss Lyra Victoria 2017 + 2019. Tiffany has expanded not only her teaching knowledge but also her repertoire in the performing arts and act creations.

Now her most recent adventure is joining Elemental Performance Troupe. Tiffany is so excited about joining us and has already brought some fantastic ideas to the table and thrown herself straight into creating and training with us on Monday nights!

We are also sad to announce that we are saying goodbye to our strong man Kyle and French Fry Emma. Kyle, who can lift anyone and build you anything, is stepping up and taking a more senior role in his fathers company. And our little flexible flyer Emma is taking some important time out to focus on her health and finally have a long awaited operation. This is not the last you will see of these two, they are constantly working on fun and creative aerial and acro stuff together so we can't wait to see what their circus future holds for them.

It is with a heavy heart, after a fun filled and busy year with Troupe, we say goodbye to our baby of the group Denise. Denise has brought so much energy to our training sessions but with a crazy year ahead of her, full of classes and placements, she needs to take some time out to focus on her studies.
