In preparation for the next outdoor season we are looking to build our Lifeguard team at Nhill Aquatic Centre and other local YMCA Facilities with enthusiastic and motivated individuals. To do this we are offering a Fully Funded course through LSV!

As a Lifeguard with YMCA Victoria, you’ll work in a positive and friendly team and help provide a safe swimming environment for all YMCA visitors.

1 day until opening for the 2021-2022 season!

There are a few updates before the weekend ahead.

Firstly, we have a new Hindmarsh Outdoor Pools page which will now be the go to page for all your Hindmarsh Outdoor pool news.
This will allow us to share information relevant to the Dimboola, Jeparit, Nhill and Rainbow Pools.

Opening hours for this weekend are 2pm to 6:30pm.
Season Passes will be on sale with each season pass covering you for all four pools.
Adult - $75.00
Child/Student (Under 18) – $55.00
Family - $150
The promotion will be running where each season pass sold this weekend will go into a draw for their season pass cost to be refunded.
Dimboola and Rainbow Outdoor Pools will still be holding a sausage sizzle between 3pm and 5pm Saturday.
Due to the COVID cases in Nhill there will not be a sausage sizzle although each child visiting will receive a free icy pole.
Jeaprit will not be opening this weekend and we will be looking to reopen at the earliest Wednesday the 1st December. Recent water quality tests have proven inconsistent and, to ensure the best possible experience for our patrons, we want to delay opening until we can achieve this.
Any Jeparit patron wanting to purchase a season pass will go into a separate draw next weekend to win their season pass fee back.
We apologise to all our Jeparit patrons and will update you as soon as we can confirm the opening date.

Update🎉
In line with the recent announcement from the Victorian Premier, as of 11:59pm last night there have been some further easing of restrictions.
Please read below a summary of the changes👇
VACCINATIONS will be required for all patrons aged 12 years and 2 months or older to enter our facilities, or provide a valid medical exemption. For information on ways you can provide your vaccination evidence please refer to https://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/vaxproof.
CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS are unchanged and you must continue to check in using the government QR code provided at the entrance of each facility. ✅
FACE MASKS are no longer required to be worn however must be worn if you cannot maintain 1.5m, therefore we strongly encourage you to carry a mask with you at all times. 😷
DENSITY LIMITS will no longer apply. This means our services can operate at full capacity 🙌

We’re so excited to announce that the Nhill, Dimboola, Rainbow and Jeparit Outdoor Swimming Pools are reopening on Saturday 27 November. 🙌 🏊
To celebrate the start of the season, each site will be hosting a free sausage sizzle on Saturday 27 November from 3pm to 5pm. 🌭
Season passes are available for purchase which gives you access to all four pools this summer.
Everyone who buys a season’s pass on opening weekend (Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 November) will go into a draw to get their pass refunded. So you could get access to all four pools, for the entire summer season, for free!
Winners will be announced on Sunday 28 November night on our page, so don’t forget to buy your season pass on opening weekend and keep an eye out on this page to see if you’ve won. 👀 🏆

Victoria will enter a seven-day lockdown from midnight tonight and we will be closed for the duration of the lockdown.

Our programs and services will be closed from 11.59pm on Thursday 27 May.

If you have a booking or an activated membership, you will receive a credit for the closure period. We thank you for your patience as we process these credits.

We look forward to having you back in centre as soon as possible. Please take care and stay safe.
