Somewhere between SoundCloud rabbit holes, 240p YouTube uploads, 4am Discord links and the darker corners of the internet, 2016LYFE was born.

Now, the internet-bred collective is making its way to Australia for the first time this December, bringing three of its names - smokedope2016, ghostfacekush and BARTESIANWATER - down under.

At the centre of the Australian debut is smokedope2016, making his first-ever appearance on Australian soil. His music lives somewhere between blown-out bass, sparkling synths, divine vocal samples and lyrics that swing from drug-fuelled flexes to genuine emotional damage.
