Playground Sounds is an exercise, health and wellbeing program designed to bring students together with music, by encouraging kids to get up a dance it promotes exercise that will stimulate both mind and body. Playground sounds is simple and easy, yet effective for students to generate higher self-esteem, positive energy, all while burning a few calories without even knowing it.

Playground Sounds Lockdown Disco for schools!

To give back to the community Playground Sounds are hosting a one-off FREE disco event for R U OK Day from 1pm - 1.45pm on Thursday 9th September.

This free disco session is for a limited number of schools, simply register your school via the https://forms.monday.com/forms/ba71eb9dedd54f8f11c1e94c554ba5d2?r=use1

This is a virtual wellbeing event that encourages movement and gets students singing and dancing in their lounge rooms. Expect 45 minutes of high energy tunes and feel-good music for students ages K-12.
