Adventure Beanie Kits are online yayyy!! 🧶💖

My latest knitting pattern and Collab is so much fun, it's like an adventure but you don't need to get up from the couch! (I recommend training your pets to bring in your parcels 👍🏼)

I designed the Adventure Beanie to be a super gratifying quick colourwork knit, that is fun and easy and gives you a lot of choice. I worked together with Cass from Cass | Skip Rope Yarn Co to develop the colours for the three kits and we launched them at the QLD Yarn Fest last week🥳

I've popped some kits on my website in case you missed it and I'll have some at the Knitters' Guild NSW Fibrefest in Wyong on the 27th September! Yay! 🥰

From set up to tear down, the QLD yarn fest was an absolute blast!! 🥰 Thankyou so much everyone who turned up to see us in Morayfield, it’s always such a special thing for me to get to see you all in person! 💖💖

Huge thanks as well to Rebecca and the organiser team, the show was really seamless and you kept showing up to help out everyone whenever you could. 👏🏼👏🏼

Also it was incredibly special for me to have my mum Helen with me for the first time. She’s actually a quilter, not a knitter, so I really threw her in at the deep end with having to learn a whole new electronic device, a new craft, and basically a new language for the weekend but we had a great time together and it was so much fun showing her my yarnie world. 🥰🥰🥰

I did not manage to take many photos over the weekend but it was super special to have a visit with Helen Helen Stewart and Lisa Lisa Gray and snap a fun photo with the two Lisas and the two Helens 😂

I also trialled out a new bit of stall kit -my adorable pink tool shelves! I think they showed off done of my larger tools more effectively than before but I'd love some feedback if you were there! How did you like my new stall set up? Could I improve access or anything else in my layout?

You can find me and all my goodies at stalls 41 & 42! I've crammed my car so full of fun tools and accessories for your knitting and crochet... and btw, there's tons of new stuff too! 🤩

As an added bonus, my mum has come on the trip with me! It's her first time to a yarn show, first time helping me out at a show and we're both so excited to see you all in QLD! 💖💖

I've just finished sewing up another big batch of lovely project bags for the QLD yarn fest this weekend! 🥳 Just in time right? 😅

So what are the things that make my project bags so special?
🌸 Custom printed high quality fabrics with unique artwork
🌼 luxury metal hardware designed to last
🌸 Coordinating interior pocket with a light coloured lining
🌼 Different sizes for a range of different craft projects

I've also built up some great relationships with talented textiles pattern designers that do not use AI for their fabric artwork 🥰

Things are busy busy busy in the studio right now while I prep for QLD yarn fest 😱

I'm sewing project bags, the laser is lasering, 3d printers are printing and all the goodies are somewhere between "almost done" and "sort of done". It's a weird time where nothing is quite finished but I know it'll all come together in the end! 💪🏻🥰

I have quite a few new things to share so keep an eye out on my page! 🥳🤩
