To those watching from the doorway into one of our school holiday workshops it looks like play. A classroom or kids, a pile of colourful bricks and a lot of noise.

Here's what's actually happening: They're holding an idea in their head long enough to make it real. They're working out why one version held and another didn't. They're working through how to follow manual instructions. They're negotiating with the kid across the table over who gets the last wheel. And they're staying with something hard past the point where they wanted to quit. ⚙️

None of it feels like learning. All of it is. Plus it's a whole lot of FUN. Edu-taining!

That's what a Bricks 4 Kidz STEM workshop is built to do - it's the part that stays long after the model comes apart.

Kids and dads kicked off Father’s Day early at Bunnings locations last night with plenty of LEGO® brick building! 🧱✨

​Honestly... we’re not sure who had more fun, the kids or the dads! 😁👌 Dads deserve all the play time they can get, and it was awesome seeing everyone building together.
