Ever since the Botanical bazaar has been staged at Nerang Country Paradise Parklands, Ediblescapes Garden has been one of the highlights of the event with walks led by Morag Our Permaculture Life: Morag Gamble, John Palmer and others. Costa Georgiadis Official and Sophie Thomson have spent time admiring the achievements of this volunteer group.
Please sign their community petition to enable them to get a fair hearing from Council.

Two weeks ago, Botanical Bazaar was buzzing with plant lovers, garden finds, great conversations and plenty of happy faces.

We’re still smiling at the memories and feeling so grateful to everyone who came along and made the day so special. 💚

🌱 What happens to all the waste at Botanical Bazaar?

This year, we had the brilliant team from Seed the Ground helping us make sure our waste went where it belonged.

From carefully labelled waste stations to helping visitors understand what goes where, Nat and the Seed the Ground team were on hand throughout the day to make sorting waste easier and help us reduce what went to landfill.

It was all part of our commitment to ensuring Botanical Bazaar is as sustainable as possible, while giving our visitors the chance to learn a little more about what happens to our waste.

We’re looking forward to sharing the results once we receive the final waste report. 🌿

Meet Sunni Holden, just 14 years old, sharing his incredible talent on the handpan and creating the perfect soundtrack for the outdoor eco market, community and connection.

A huge thank you, Sunni, for being part of this year’s festival. Your music helped create such a special atmosphere that so many visitors told us they loved.

We’re still smiling… 🌿💚

It’s been 3 days since Botanical Bazaar and we’re still sorting through the photos and videos from an incredible day.

One thing we’ve been hearing loud and clear is the amazing feedback from our exhibitors. They loved the atmosphere, the friendly visitors and the wonderful community spirit that filled Country Paradise Parklands.

Today’s reel features the lovely Bek from Grow Love Create, one of our talented makers, sharing why she loves being part of Botanical Bazaar. From beautiful handmade pottery to the cutest fridge magnets and so much more, Bek’s creativity always brings smiles.

A big thank you to Bek, and to every exhibitor who helped make this year’s festival so special. 💚

🌿 What a day. What a community. 💚

The 2026 Botanical Bazaar is over, and as we pack everything away, our hearts are full.

Thank you to every visitor, exhibitor, speaker, volunteer, entertainer and sponsor who helped make the day such a colourful, inspiring and successful festival. We hope you all went home feeling inspired, connected and with a few new plants or special treasures to enjoy.

It was wonderful to see so many people sharing ideas, learning something new, supporting local businesses and enjoying a beautiful day surrounded by gardens, sustainability and community.

To everyone who came along, thank you for being part of something special. And to our incredible Rotary team and volunteers, your hard work, passion and dedication made it all possible.

We’ll take a moment to catch our breath, then over the coming days we’ll share some of the wonderful moments 📸 from the day.

Thank you for helping make Botanical Bazaar 2026 such a memorable celebration. We can’t wait to do it all again. 💚🌱
