*Personal Training*
Weight, Measure and Bio Impedance to establish fat and muscle levels with results monitored after every 4 sessions. Personalized and varied program that will push you to the limit.

At TPR Narre Warren, our Youth Aerial & Dance Fitness Program is specially designed for kids and teens aged 8–16. Through a mix of aerial silks, hoop, trapeze and movement-based fitness, students build strength, coordination, and self-belief — all while having a blast!
