At 0.7-0.9mm thick, it’s lightweight, versatile and perfect for bags, card holders, wallets, passport holders, notebook covers, desk mats and more.

Our Motorcyle Garment Kangaroo Leather is made specifically for motorcyle racing suits, using larger, thicker sinks with added abrasion resistance.

They’re big enough for panels like the back of a jacket, but they’re also a great option for other projects that need to handle a little more wear and tear.

The APWA Australian Plaiting Championships are happening Saturday 24 October in Glen Innes

There’ll be some seriously impressive work on display, from decorative Aussie stockwhips and plaited belts to hatbands and plenty more👏🏼

A pretty good excuse to come along, check out the craftsmanship and support the Australian plaiting community.

And yep… we’re bringing a ute full of Aussie leather with us 👀 Chasing something specific? Get in touch with our shop team beforehand and we’ll see if we can throw it in the ute!

Looking for a good all-rounder? Macartney is pretty hard to beat 👏

Our Macartney Whiskey is one of our most popular leathers, and probably one of our most versatile too.

At 2.0-2.2mm thick, it’s dyed through with no finish, so you can leave it as is and let it age naturally, or polish it up depending on the look you’re after.

Great choice for notebook covers, clutches, overnight bags and even rodeo chaps 🙌🏼

It’s one of those leathers you can do a lot with.

There are plenty of tools you can buy, but you really don’t need much to get started.

1. Something to cut your leather
2. Something to punch a hole
3. A needle and thread to stitch it together 🪡

With those few basics, you can already start putting together a whole range of leather projects.

Start simple and build your toolbox from there 🙌🏼
