Life to Grace for the last few months… 🍋🍋🍋

Chronic health conditions are no joke, and my heart goes out to everyone who deals with them. I honestly thought I’d break several times over the last few months, and I’m a baby on this new journey. Much love to you all! ❤️

Then I got the dreaded spicy cough, right before I was due back at work. I was not one of those people who just “had a cold” for a few days. It was like being hit by a truck, then driven and reversed over several times. The day I was referred to emergency (second pic) was such an insight. I shudder to think how much worse it would have been for me (especially with my history) had I not been vaccinated.

Some takeaways:

1️⃣ So thankful for the Australian health care system and professionals. They deal with a lot, especially right now. Remember to be kind to them.

2️⃣ Get vaccinated / boosted for COVID-19. You might be fine, others may not.

3️⃣ Anxiety and depression suck. Get a referral from your GP if you need help.

✨ On a more positive note, I’m doing my first markets this weekend! I was gearing up to it pre life lemons and decided to rip the Band-Aid off despite the fatigue. If you’re in Nanango this weekend see you from 6am-12pm at the Showgrounds!
