From the cooking demos, to La Festa and Il Mercato… the moka got around!
There’s something about a Bialetti that brings back memories - the ritual, the sound, the smell of coffee brewing… and of course, that first sip. ☕️

We loved having the iconic moka as part of La Fiera this year, bringing Italian flavour wherever it went.

A heartfelt thank you to Community Bank Bright for proudly supporting a space where families could relax, play and enjoy La Festa together.

Community is at the heart of everything we do and we're incredibly grateful to have partners who share that vision.

A heartfelt thank you to the team at Floridia for being part of La Fiera 2026 and helping to bring even more authentic flavour to our festival.
We loved seeing Floridia featured throughout the weekend in our cooking demonstrations, to a little extra addition on a delicious dish from The Meat Room.
Thank you for helping us celebrate Italian culture, community, great food and of course fabulous cheese.
