Happy 70th to the one and only Queen Lizzy!

The brief was: two-tier buttercream finished cake with a crown, bright flowers with yellow roses as the star, and ’70 years of Queen Lizzy’ somewhere on the cake.

I think it’s safe to say the brief was absolutely smashed - bright, bold, and properly regal, just how a Queen should be celebrated.

Huge thanks to AJ Designs for the absolutely perfect “70 Years of Queen Lizzy” topper, and to Chocolate&Moss for those stunning, happy blooms that made the whole thing pop.

Inside was choc mint mud on top and white choc & passionfruit on the bottom, because turning 70 deserves flavour as good as the look.

Thanks for trusting me with your vision Bec, this cake was an absolute joy to create!
