📢 IMPORTANT BOOKING & CONTRACT REMINDER 📢
This reminder is for all clients who have secured their booking dates and have upcoming events that include any hired items only, including:
✨ Stands
✨ Shimmer Walls
✨ Character Cutouts
✨ LED Ropes
✨ Backdrops & other hire items
Please ensure that your Contract has been reviewed, signed and returned before your event date.
Contracts have been sent via email and/or through my Mookies Xclusive Kreations business social media accounts, depending on your preferred method of communication.
⚠️ It is crucial that all contracts are signed before the event. The contract protects both the client and Mookies Xclusive Kreations by clearly outlining the agreed services, hire items, responsibilities, payment requirements, damage/loss policies and other important terms and conditions.
A secured booking date does not replace the requirement for a completed contract. Please take the time to carefully read through the agreement and return your signed copy as soon as possible.
If you have received your contract but have not yet signed and returned it, please make this a priority before your upcoming event along side any outstanding payments as some events require custom items which may take up to a month to arrive 🥹
