We are so incredibly proud to announce Cain as our Student of the Term at Polesque! 🖤

Last term, Cain showed us the true values of Polesque, hard work, perseverance, determination, kindness and community. 💫

They have worked incredibly hard towards their goals, pushing through challenges and persevering even when things have been tough. They continue to show up, put in the work, and give their absolute best every single time. 💪✨

But what makes Cain truly special is the way they make those around them feel. They are always there to support and encourage others, celebrate their achievements, and lift people up when they need it most. 🫶

No matter what the day brings, Cain walks through the doors with a smile, determination and a willingness to keep going.

Once upon a time… there was a stage waiting for YOU. 🪄✨

We’re so excited to announce our next STUDENT SHOWCASE, and this time we’re stepping into a world of fairytales, fantasy, magic & imagination! 👑🐉🌙

📖 THE THEME: ONCE UPON A TIME

Think enchanted forests, magical kingdoms, heroes, villains, mythical creatures, mysterious stories, happily-ever-afters… or create a fairytale that’s completely your own! ✨

Let your imagination run wild. 💫

🩰 WHO CAN TAKE PART?

This is a STUDENT-ONLY showcase, all about YOU — our incredible students taking the stage, showcasing what you’ve been learning and performing alongside your fellow dancers.

We’ll be teaching showcase routines for each level, so there’s an opportunity for everyone to get involved, have fun and experience the magic of performing. ❤️

And remember… there is absolutely NO pressure to perform!

If performing isn’t your thing, that’s completely okay. Come along, cheer everyone on and enjoy the magic from the audience! 👏✨

A brand new 9-week term is kicking off, and we can't wait to see everyone back in the studio! 💜

Here's what's happening this term:

🌟 Guest Instructor: Please give a warm welcome to Saskia, who'll be joining us for 4 weeks! She'll be bringing her incredible experience and passion to the studio. (Please note Saskia won't be teaching on 26 August.)

💪 Amy will be teaching our Monday night classes for the term, and we're so excited to have her on the timetable!

🧘‍♀️ Mat Pilates is here, giving you another way to build strength, flexibility, and support your pole journey. Use your pole pack to book.

💜 Jacky returns to teaching from 23 September, and we know you'll all be excited to have her back!

🎉 We're also thrilled to share that Alice is back next term! We've missed you, Alice, and can't wait to have you back in the studio.

✨ Don't forget,all of our terms are now 9 weeks, giving you even more time to progress, grow, and smash your goals.

🩷 Just a reminder that all pole packs are valid for 100 days from the date of purchase, and we can't extend these. (Unless of medical reasons with a medical certificate)

Welcome to Polesque Saskia ❤️

With over 25 years of dance experience, Saskia began her career as a classically trained ballerina, receiving her first professional contract at just 16 years old. She later transitioned into figure skating, training under Olympic athletes, which helped develop the strength and conditioning she brings to her teaching today.

Saskia has been practising pole for six years and teaching for over four, specialising in exotic pole and floorwork. Recently, she began competing, placing 3rd in the Pro Hardstyle category at Exotic Generation Virtual Worlds and qualifying for the 2027 World Finals.

Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Saskia loves creating fun, challenging choreography while inspiring dancers to build confidence and reach their full potential.

Saskia will be teaching Wednesday evenings for 4 weeks during the new term.

It will be added to our new timetable, so get ready!

The best part? You can use your existing pole class packs to book your Pilates classes.

Behind the scenes, Mel C has spent the last couple of months completing her Pilates instructor training and is now ready to teach!

Mel's classes will focus on building pole-specific strength, core stability, flexibility, and body awareness, making them the perfect complement to your pole journey. Whether you're looking to improve your strength, control, or flexibility, these classes are designed to help you progress both on and off the pole.

As of 1st July, there will be a small increase to our class prices.

This wasn't a decision we made lightly. Like many small businesses, we've seen the cost of rent and day-to-day expenses continue to rise. To keep our beautiful studio doors open, our amazing instructors teaching, and our little community thriving, we've had to make a small adjustment.

The good news? 💕

You'll still get the same incredible instructors, the same supportive community, the same laughs, the same cheers when you nail a new trick, and the same amazing vibes that make our studio feel like home. 💖

This studio has always been built with so much love, passion and heart, and we're incredibly grateful for every single person who walks through our doors and supports us. Your understanding means the world and helps us continue doing what we love every single day.

What an unforgettable Showcase Part 2: 7 Deadly Sins 💥

We are still buzzing from the energy, passion, and pure talent that filled the room. Every single student and instructor brought something special to the stage, commitment, artistry, bravery, and heart.

This showcase wasn’t just about performance, it was about growth, expression, and pushing boundaries. Watching our dancers step into their power and fully embody each concept was nothing short of incredible. From rehearsals to the final bow, the dedication was real, and it showed in every moment on stage.

To our amazing students , you inspire us every day. Your hard work, courage, and willingness to trust the process made this show something truly special.

To our instructors, your guidance, creativity, and passion behind the scenes brought this vision to life. None of this happens without you.

And to everyone who supported, watched, and cheered us on , thank you. You are part of this journey too.

We couldn’t be prouder of what we created together. This wasn’t just a showcase… it was an experience. One we’ll never forget.

Our Term 4 timetable kicks off on June 22nd, and there aren't too many changes this term!

✨ A reminder to book your classes early to avoid missing out and ending up on a waitlist.

🔥 We've had so many requests for another Level 2 class... you asked and we delivered! Be sure to check out the updated timetable.

⏰ Don't forget to use up your class packs! We are unable to extend packs, and with 100 days to use them, there's plenty of time to get your classes in.

💰 Please note that class prices will increase slightly from July 1st.

💖 Know a friend who's been wanting to start pole?
If they book into a Beginner Pole class, you can attend their First class with them for FREE! Please let us know as soon as they've booked so we can allocate a pole for you.
