To all who might want to hold a Stall in Mundubbera in a few weeks...
Just a quick invitation and update that we’d love you to note in your calendar.
1. New Event Invitation – 15th–17th August 2025
You are warmly invited to be part of our next exciting community event — a three-day music festival at the Mundubbera Showgrounds.
We expect a strong turnout of 500+ people on Friday and Saturday, and 300–400 on Sunday.
Promotion will reach as far as Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Biloela, Rockhampton, and throughout the North Burnett region.
📆 Dates: 15–17 August 2025
📍 Location: Mundubbera Showgrounds
💰 Site Fee: No set fee – we simply ask for a donation of your choice to help cover venue hire costs.

2. Christmas in the Park – 5th December 2025
We’re excited to confirm that Christmas in the Park will be held again this year on Thursday 5th December, in the usual spot between the Town Hall and Library.
Setup will begin from 12 noon on the day.
As in previous years, there will be no site fee for returning stallholders.
If you’d like to book a stall, please confirm ASAP as spots will be limited.
