Chrissy Cookout
It's been another tough year in the Northern Rivers, so we've been hanging to throw our classic Chrissy Cookout to bring the community together and have some fun!
On Friday, Dec 9, from 4pm to 8pm, you can expect courtyard bbqs and bars, the Big Voice Choir, a mechanical bull reindeer, free face painting for the kids, heaps of food trucks along Easy St and shopping galore, with special deals and offers inside each store.
How many food trucks and what kind of delicious fare, you ask? Well, without giving away too much, there’ll be Spanish paella, German sausages, gluten free donuts, old fashioned sodas and kombucha, coffee, vegan ice cream, and Indian street food. So get your tastebuds ready as Easy Street is transformed into a smorgasbord of international delishishness!
We'll also be lighting up the Giving Tree in our courtyard, and it'll be a gold coin donation to ride the mechanical reindeer, with all funds going to support Fletcher Street Cottage. Oh yeah, and the person who stays on the bucking reindeer longest goes in a draw to win a bucking big stack of prizes!
