Actually overwhelmed with the incredible response we have received to our showing. We feel seen, heard and validated. It truly shows how loneliness has impacted all of us at some point in our lives - and that's ok - it's actually pretty normal.

We did it! Our TLC Dance Theatre show was an absolute hit with our sold out audience. Laughter, tears, spontaneous applause and heart felt appreciation.

A beautiful conclusion to our creative arts project to engage local artists and create community connection.

So proud of these six ridiculously talented, committed, inspirational and connected women. Riss, Juz, Ro, Dan, Ruth and Vic = TLC.

LIVIN is a mental health charity who is working to break the stigma surrounding mental health through awareness and education.
