Vale Noel Underwood.
It is with great sadness that we advise the passing of Noel Underwood.
Noel was a foundation member of the Hinterland Community Band established in 1995.
Noel played euphonium in the band, served on the committee for many years, and contributed greatly to the success of the band.
Noel remained a playing member until 2024 when he retired from playing aged 94.
He will be remembered as a kind and gentle man, a true gentleman among men.
