🏋️‍♀️ Momentum Teens is launching at Risky Kids Waverley.

For teens aged 12 to 17, Momentum is a place to belong, train and grow.

Each 60 minute session blends parkour, strength training, challenge-based workouts and mindset coaching in a supportive group environment.

It is a great fit for teens who want something active, challenging and different from traditional sport.
