Us charging the cancellation fee like we didn’t just spend 10 minutes building up the courage to do it 🥲
We promise, we don’t enjoy it either 😂 But our cancellation policy exists to protect our girls’ time (and their paychecks).
Just a friendly reminder 🤎 We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show means your deposit will be forfeited.
And because our phones also enjoy a work/life balance 💅🏼
If you need to contact us outside business hours or on a day we’re closed, please message us via our socials. Our salon phone is unattended when we’re closed, so leaving it until we reopen may fall outside your 24-hour notice period.
We love you. We understand life happens. We still have to enforce the policy.
