Our neighbours to the west Kununurra Ag Show have been really quiet. Perhaps they’re sad that Katherine keeps the cross border pumpkin trophy. Lyn Jones weighed in with a 98kg pumpkin this year.

The weather at the start of the year certainly made it challenging for all schools to produce a Giant Atlantic pumpkin. Mossman State High School did a fantastic job documenting the impressive growth of their vine, but unfortunately they were unable to get a pumpkin to set.
