At Pointe Dynamic Arts, we’re more than just a dance and cheer studio, we’re a community where students and staff feel supported, inspired and encouraged to grow.

Based in Moss Vale in the Southern Highlands, PDA has been helping students build confidence, creativity and a love of the performing arts since 2009. As our programs continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for passionate Dance, Cheer and Tumbling coaches to join our team for 2027!

We’re looking for people who love what they do, enjoy working collaboratively and genuinely care about making a difference in their students’ lives. Whether you're an experienced coach or an emerging teacher keen to develop your skills, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re excited about where PDA is heading and want to build a team of people who are just as excited to be part of that journey. People who bring fresh ideas, support one another and want to grow alongside our students and our developing programs.

If you're looking for a place where you can share your passion, develop as a coach and feel part of a supportive team, we'd love to get to know you! 💜

Proof that you’re never too old to start something new! 💜✨

Our Adult Cheer and Pom teams took to the floor last weekend for the first time showing us all that performing has no age limit!

Some of our team started as adults, some returned after years away. All from different experiences and backgrounds united to make the most incredible teams.

So if you’ve ever caught yourself thinking “I’d love to do that… but I’m too old to start” things your sign!

You’re not too old, it’s not too late, come join the fun at PDA and make those childhood dreams come true! 💜✨
