I've started doing art therapy group on Fridays with Mentis (Primary Health Network) in Frankston

The instructor is trained in arts therapy. She reinforces that it's not an Art group, it's an art therapy group

This stretcher frame was "Found Object" in an op shop. Which I took the original canvas off and stretched with hessian. I'll just work it up and work on making it looked aged, used, discarded etc
