Triple Threat On top today at Coast Quest singing Competition

A massive congratulations to my Snr and Jnr singers today performing at Coastquest competition

Results are as follow

2nd place- variety vocalist - Alanna collin
1st place variety vocalist - Airlia
2nd place variety vocalist- Kim woods
3rd place variety vocalist- Gemma Bertoss

Today, we had Penny from SOULL health and beauty in to conducted a breathwork class.

Breathwork supports so many of the challenges everyone experiences. It reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. Breathwork also helps release trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger.

A massive congratulations to Triple Threat full time student Alanna Collin for gaining entry in Brent Street full time next year for Musical Theatre. It's with great pleasure that we can help our students achieve great exposure to the world of Musical Theatre and get them to where they want to go. Your hard work and determination is truly second to none. We will miss you next year but let your wings fly young lady
