A few years ago, I binge listened to the SHE-talks podcast and remember thinking, I need to be in this space one day. I really wanted to enter these awards last year, but the awards didn’t run in 2025, so finding out Sustainable Canvas has been named in the Top 100 for 2026 was an instant ugly cry moment.
This business takes up the majority of my time. The compounding effect can feel slower when you’re building it alongside three kids, an art business, school runs, sport, emails, orders, launches and all the very unglamorous parts that happen behind the scenes.
But Sustainable Canvas is a business I run with so much purpose.
It exists to give artists better options, to turn recycled plastic into professional art materials, to build something circular, useful and genuinely meaningful within the creative industry.
A huge thank you to SHE-com | Community for Women in E-Commerce for this recognition, and to every person who follows along, shares a post, places an order, sends encouragement, or chooses Sustainable Canvas for their studio.
It all matters more than you know.
Top 100. I’m still pinching myself 🤍
