YELLOW LADYBUGS PODCAST!!!

We are beyond excited to announce that with the support of the Department of Education and Training Victoria, we have launched an eight-part podcast series, that shares some of the most powerful content from the Girls and Teens Autistic Mental Health and Safety conference held last June.
The full podcast series was officially launched today on Tuesday 1 March and has already had hundreds of listeners!!!!

It is available on all the major podcast platforms (search ‘Yellow Ladybugs’) and will also be available as a link on our website www.yellowladybugs.com.au. Get ready to take Yellow Ladybugs podcast with you on the way to work, your jog or anywhere you may be!!!

We may have been a little quiet on here.... because we have been super busy in the studio! A Disco started the year off, followed by our backstage tour of the Clocktower Theatre in Moonee Ponds, where we used our theatre and performance knowledge to get comfortable in a theatre space (check out the photo of on stage below - We had so much FUN!!). AND just this week we have our visit from Lee, our consulting OT. What a great start to the year we have had! How has the start to your year been?

It is so great that many of the students who started at the Centre continue to dance with Larissa...she still has a few spots this year if you know someone who would like to join them...

"Yes, yes. Our hands are the antennas of our Soul. When you move them by sewing, cooking, painting, touching the earth or sinking them into the earth, they send signals of caring to the deepest part of you and your Soul calms down. This way she doesn't have to send pain anymore to show it.”

"Yes my girl. Think of babies: they get to know the world thanks to their touch. When you look at the hands of older people, they tell more about their lives than any other part of the body.

Everything that is made by hand, so it is said, is made with the heart because it really is like this: hands and heart are connected.

Think of lovers: When their hands touch, they love each other in the most sublime way.”
