Hi all you lovely Soul Groovers, Happy New Year and I hope you had a lovely Christmas. Just letting you know that I won't be running the dance class this term due to circumstances beyond my control. It is with much sadness that I have had to make this decision today and I want to thank all of you that have attended. Hopefully I'll be back at a later date and if you know anyone that was thinking of attending could you pass this message on. Viv 🤗🤗🤗

Thanks to everyone for donating money a few weeks ago, this is what we were able to buy with the money raised for those in need. We've managed to put together 12 of these packs, 6 for women, 6 for men. Thanks to all, have a great Christmas! 🎄💕

Hi everyone, just letting you know that Soul Groove Dance will NOT be on tonight. 😢 We will have our last class next week the 21st of December with a little Christmas party afterwards. So even if you have not been able to make any classes this term or you were going to do your 1st one, we would still love to see you.

Viv has an acute injury and is unable to teach, but assures us that she will be in top form for next week.

Hi everyone, I'm so excited to let you know that Viv's Soul Groove Dance starts back tomorrow night (that's the 12th October) at Mona Vale memorial hall 6.45pm. If you've never been , come along and try it out. I can't think of a better way to get a dose of happy and break a sweat 🕺🏻🕺🕺🏾💃🏽💃

Hi everyone, just to let you know that Viv's Soul Groove Dance will NOT be happening for this term. We will be back for Term 4 ( end of September) and I'll keep in touch until then. In the meantime keep on dancing and keep sharing the post. Viv 😊😘
