Child safe music track today 100% guaranteed for the school holiday edition in Moggill at 10am (25th Friday). Fantastic dance party ahead! 🎉
The music is moderately loud (not background music), dance goes on for 45-50mins as always. If you bring along a young (grand) daughter, recommended age is 8+ and a love for music and dancing.
If after about 20mins you see it doesn't fit your young one and you need to leave early, you don't need to pay for your attendance. Easy and flexible as - always :)

I know it sounds and feels weird...

when no one tells you what to do / what they want from you / how you should or should not be / what you should or should not wear,

when no one compares you to another woman,

when you are just let to be.

In a group setting, it is an enormously freeing experience. Almost scary. Who's gonna hold my hand? I need someone to show me what to do. What do I do with all my limbs, and in what order?

Ladies, it's all in there, and you are whole. It's just that the everyday expectations have outnumbered the moments of free self-expression.

We're on the quest to turn it around.
One dance session at a time.

When we dance, all things disappear. We let our bodies communicate, channel, respond, express. It's relieving, it's energising, and soul pampering. In this hardened world, we need spaces that are soft, cuddly and protective.
It all becomes a dance party, on the surface. Beneath that, it is everything.
