Dear Patrons,
RORS here writing to share some incredibly difficult and unexpected personal news regarding the planning for the Hiddenforest 2025 Edition.
As many of you know, on the 13th of March 2024 I was injured with a 9inch grinder kicking back into my elbow leaving me out of employment for a year and pushing Hiddenforest back to 2025, preparing this festival is a year-round labor of love.
I have been diligently working to make 2025 the best year yet, and the progress was exciting.
However, on August 24th, I was involved in a severe accident when I was hit by a B-double semi-truck, leaving me with 2 broken ankles, Legs, left Knee, left arm, left elbow & bowel and intensities surgery, further adding to the fire I lost my employment and where I was living in the process.
I am now focused entirely on my recovery, which is going to be extensive and require my full attention for the foreseeable future.
* What this means: While I am determined to bring our vision for Hiddenforest back to life, the reality of this recovery means that I must unfortunately postpone or cancel the 2025 festival edition, I will set the date forward until further notice, this accident has tipped my life around and I'm not sure where I'll be in the future.
I understand how disappointing this news is, and please know that this decision was made with a heavy heart. My priority right now must be my health, so that I can return stronger and eventually dedicate the energy and focus that this festival and all of you deserve, thank you for understanding.
