Some chapters in life hold such a special place in your heart, and Lelei Ink has truly been one of those chapters for me.
The last 5 years in business have been nothing short of amazing. What started as a dream grew into something so meaningful because of the incredible people who walked through the doors. Every tattoo carried a story, every conversation meant something, and every client who trusted me with their skin helped shape this journey into something I will always cherish.
Lelei Ink has been more than just a studio to me. It has been a place of creativity, connection, laughter, growth, and often times healing. I have been so blessed to meet so many beautiful people along the way, and I will always be grateful for the support, encouragement, and trust you have all shown me over the years.
As life moves into a new season, Lelei Ink will be closing as I head back to school. While it is bittersweet to close this chapter, I truly feel excited about what is ahead.
I am also really happy to share that Jack and Nini will be taking over the studio and renaming it Ninja Ink. They are both incredibly talented artists with so much passion for what they do, and I know the space will continue to grow, evolve, and create amazing work under their care.
The good news is I am not going anywhere. I will still be tattooing a few days a week, so you will absolutely still be able to book in with me.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every person who supported Lelei Ink over the past five years. Whether you came in for a tattoo, recommended me to a friend, shared my work, or simply followed along, it has all meant more to me than I could ever express.
This studio has been a huge part of mine and my families life and a chapter I will always look back on with so much gratitude and love.
I truly believe this next season is unfolding exactly the way it is meant to, and I am excited to see what the future holds for the studio as Ninja Ink, and for my own path ahead, trusting that God is guiding it all.
I also lost access to my old Instagram account, so I’ve had to start fresh. Please go and follow my new page .simi https://instagram.com/leah.simi to keep up with my work and this next chapter.
