ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT | DOLPHIN MILK

Some still say, DOLPHIN MILK sounds like a s**t speaker, inside a bucket, inside a garage, filled with suzuki swifts. Part performance art, part punk outfit, DOLPHIN MILK use poetry, sound, art and collaboration to engage with the savagely benign. These shapeshifting mystics worship at the altar of high bogan gothic.
As an art collective, founding members Sarah (Lewis) and Grace Dewar work with friends to combine their interests in regional Australia, the everyday and making sense of the world through culture. Their work currently takes the form of music, sculpture, live encounters and installation. Following on from their joyful Live Birth and exhibition Everyday Mysticism, Dolphin Milk will be performing new music and joined by GC artist Laurie Oxenford.
