I don’t need the scientific evidence, the experience and how it makes you feel afterwards is all the evidence I need!

But it certainly is cool that people are doing a heap of studies and research into vibrational healing! Low vibrations especially is where it’s at. Most studies are citing between the 1-200Hz frequency range (none of these 1111 Hz angel numbers).

We have a research search engine coming soon citing 44k studies on sound, light, vibration & frequencies- it’s pretty cool!

I’ve facilitated all forms of sound healing, from one instrument acoustically to 30 instruments with layers and live looping. All are beautiful. But some of the deepest and most potent sessions have been when layers have been carefully/thoughtfully curated bringing in contrast of intensity, spaciousness, tension, release and stillness.

Think of listening to your favourite song but you only have one element to it eg. Just lyrics but no other instruments/melody/bass etc. it might still be nice, but it doesn’t give you the complete wholeness. Each instrument brings its own tone, frequency, texture, harmonics and resonance. As these sounds overlap, they interact with one another, creating new overtones, rhythms and shifting patterns that you may not experience when listening to a single instrument in isolation.

This creates something you can be completely immersed in & generally drop in deeper. The mind, body and soul is taken on a journey through different energetic & emotional landscapes & taken away from the everyday thoughts.
