I’ve developed a structured referral sheet that connects cosplayers with commission artists by specialty, pricing tier, and location (organised by state). The goal is simple: match clients with the right specialist the first time.

If a project falls outside my scope, I can confidently redirect it to an artist who genuinely excels in that discipline — whether that’s armor fabrication, prop replication, sewing, wig styling, or resin casting.

Commission artists are welcome to reach out if you’d like to be included in the network.

✨ A lot of people have been asking how they can afford the bigger custom props — so here’s how my payment system makes it easier 🔥

🟧 50% Deposit – Secures your spot
This locks in your build and covers all materials upfront.
Once you’re in the queue, you’re locked and safe.

⚙️ 25% Progress Payment – Only for large builds
If your commission is over $800, you don’t pay everything at once.
You’ll get mid-build progress photos, and only then is the next payment due.
No surprises, no stress — just clear updates.

📦 Final 25% + Shipping – Paid before delivery
When your prop is finished, I’ll send final pics.
Once the last payment is made, it’s safely packed, tracked, and shipped right to you.

This breakdown helps you spread out the cost of bigger commissions while still getting a high-quality, fully custom prop built just for you 💥

🔥✨ COMMISSIONS PAYMENT SYSTEM (READ BEFORE BOOKING!) ✨🔥
Hey Destroyers! I’ve had a bunch of new commission requests lately, so here’s a quick breakdown of how payments work to keep everything fair, secure, and drama-free:

⭐ 50% deposit
This locks in your spot AND covers all materials for your build.
Your place in the queue isn’t confirmed until the deposit is paid.

🛠️ 25% progress payment (for larger builds)
Once your prop hits the halfway mark, I’ll send photos + updates.
When you’re happy, the next payment clears — and we move to the finishing stages.

📦 Final 25% + shipping
Before I ship or hand over your prop, the final payment + shipping is due.
You’ll always get final photos before this point!

This system protects me from cancellations AND protects you by ensuring constant updates through the whole build 🧡
