Rot & Reverie"

This all hallows eve, we embark on the beauty behind the decay. A beauty born of breakdown. The slow quiet undoing of what once was, the preservation of what could have been and the birth of what will be.

We try to halt time, deny our own humanity… but decay will always win. It reminds us that we are not special and we cannot be spared.

We speak of death as a final thing, but what if it was a doorway? And on the other side of it a world awaits.

Rot & Reverie is a cabaret, theatre, burlesque hybrid show. Written by Midnight Cavale

This month our Moved Reading was watching the collection of Melbourne International Film Festival Aussie short films. It was amazing, because we actually got to rent the collection of 8 films online for FREE and from the comfort of our own homes. Our top picks that had us chatting and discussing in depth were 'The Worm', 'Soft Gaze', 'Her Silence', and 'Souvenir'.
We also got to check in with each other and give support and guidance to each other. We are each others cheer leaders in this industry and world we have chosen to be art of!
