What an incredible night seeing Legally Blonde with Stars and the Moon 🌟💗

Stars and the Moon is a wonderful Melbourne-based, not-for-profit theatre organisation creating professional, inclusive theatre opportunities for people with and without disabilities. Their unique Castmate Model pairs performers together to support one another throughout the production, creating theatre with, not despite, their diversity. (Stars and the Moon)

It was such a joyful, uplifting production and incredibly special seeing the beautiful Cece up there absolutely shining. ✨

A couple of wonderful nights at the Melbourne International Film Festival. ❤️🎬

There really is something special about MIFF. It’s not just the films 💜it’s catching up with friends and colleagues, bumping into familiar faces, sharing plenty of laughs, and spending time with my beautiful best friends. These are the nights I love.

Opening Night with Wicker was the perfect way to launch the festival. Such a clever, beautifully crafted film that had us completely hooked from beginning to end. Huge congratulations to everyone involved.

Then tonight we saw The Best Summer… and wow, what a ride! It took us straight back to the good old days of the ’90s. God, we had an incredible time! The music, the memories, the archive footage and the stories brought it all flooding back. It was nostalgic, funny, emotional and a beautiful reminder of just how special those years were.

A huge congratulations to all the filmmakers, cast, crews and everyone who makes MIFF such an incredible celebration of storytelling. Feeling very lucky to be part of this wonderful industry and to share it with such beautiful friends.

Here’s to many more films, memories and laughs over the coming week. ❤️✨

So excited to share this incredible review from Variety for A. Rimbaud.

I absolutely loved casting this beautiful and deeply original production and honestly could not be prouder watching what is happening with this film. Seeing the sold out screenings, the extended New York run at the Roxy and the extraordinary audience response has been so wonderful to watch unfold.

Australian actor Blake Draper is extraordinary in the film, carrying this ambitious and remarkable piece under the brilliant direction of Patrick Wang. It was such a privilege to be part of a film that is creating such genuine conversation with audiences around the world.

Independent films like this are so special and so rare, and I’m just incredibly proud of the entire team behind it.
