A Pathway to Jobs in Live Music: The Weasle Eicke Scholarship 2023
Once again, this CrewCare initiative will be delivered in partnership with Creative Victoria and supported by Australia's leading production providers and tertiary educators by facilitating training and job opportunities.

The program is intended to provide a fast-tracked pathway for:
- Tertiary students undertaking live production courses, and
- Unskilled workers from both regional and metro areas, who are active within the live music industry.

This is an equal opportunity program that is designed to encourage and provide opportunities for a diverse range of people. The aim is to elevate these students and workers to fill existing job vacancies with leading production suppliers.

Please note: This training is only available to Victorian residents over the age of 18.

Showtech Australia have proudly provided our rigging, staging and technical support for all production departments for over 30 years to this great institution of Carols By Candlelight at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.
It was fabulous to see and hear the audience and talent enjoying themselves and all the crew back in their stride in their "natural habitats"
Moments like these we savour as we come to the end of a tumultuous couple of years for the entire industry and proud of what we, our Showtech Crew, our Showtech Team have achieved and look forward to continuing through into the New Year, 2022 and beyond with the passion we have for our industry and the important role our industry and its people play in creating such moments.

Did you Catch The Sound on ABC the last 2 Sundays?
What an incredible 2 session with amazing Australian Talent.
We love this Shot of Missy Higgins playing Futon Couch whilst on a stage immersed in one of the pools at Peninsula Hot Springs.

How Good was Last weekend to have live music back at the iconic Sidney Myers Music Bowl !!
But most of all to have Crew working back on Gigs.
Massive shout out to all the production and technical crews who brought this all together.
And especially our Showtech Crew who did a brilliant job together.
