You’ll need:

✨ At least 3 + years’ pottery experience
✨ Confidence working in a busy pottery studio
✨ A strong understanding of studio processes, equipment and techniques
✨ Confidence teaching and supporting students.
✨ A genuine passion for clay and helping others create,
